Build the scope before you price it
Select the phases your crew is responsible for, then fill in the dimensions, fixture locations, selections, and responsibilities. A phase checkbox is a reminder, not a finished specification. Replace general wording with details from your site visit.
Record who obtains permits, who supplies fixtures, the selection deadline, and the expected duration. Keep the scope alongside photos and measurements so the estimate follows the same plan.
What a useful bathroom scope includes
For tile, record measured floor and wall areas separately, the product or allowance, pattern, trim, and grout. For plumbing, distinguish a fixture swap in the same location from moving drains or supply lines.
For a shower, name the substrate and waterproofing system, drain connection, and testing responsibility. Identify ventilation and electrical work with the relevant trade. Site conditions and local requirements still need review.
Give unknowns somewhere to go
Unselected finishes belong in an allowance with a dollar amount and clear inclusions. Concealed damage belongs in a stated condition and change process. Neither should disappear inside a vague line called miscellaneous.
Uncheck work outside your responsibility and spell it out under exclusions. Save the text or print the scope before closing the tab, then use it to build a line-item estimate.

Does this price the bathroom?+
No. It organizes what is included. Use measured quantities and your own labor, material, and subcontractor rates to price the work.
